RETURNS
1. If the item shipped to you is defective/damaged or not the item you ordered, Very Best Cameras Japan, upon our discretion, may issue a refund.
1) All claims to this effect must be made to us within the first thirty days (30 days) of delivery.2) Upon our consent and approval of the claim, return everything you have received. Re-use our original carton to pack the item securely. Provide an international tracking number that is trackable in Japan.
2. No returns accepted for items damaged due to negligence or misuse.
3. No returns accepted due to buyer's remorse.

(1) For item(s) reported as defective/damaged, we will forward the item(s) to a manufacturer for inspection and offer the best possible solution as immediately as possible. You will be reimbursed for the return postage.
(2) If the claim is that the item is defective, but the inspection conducted by the manufacturer reveals it is not, we will inform you then will issue a refund after deducting the costs of original shipping and return shipping.
