These plans use large 21″ diameter wheels and are about 20 percent smaller than the average motorcycle. They are often referred as 3/4 size. They make a great project for the beginner or experienced builder. Plans & Diagrams come printed on large tabloid sized media. Large exploded view of all weld joints to help create more accurate frame and brace joints. No squinting with these plans and diagrams. Create up to SIX different styles of bike frames by using different rakes, downtubes, etc. all in one set of plans Frames are designed for heavy duty use, and are constructed using 1.5″ tubing. None of that 7/8″ or 1″ tubing used here…. Great way for adults to build an inexpensive custom mini chopper without breaking the budget. Large oversize heavy duty “Head Tube” for safety Designed to use tires with a 20″ to 21″ diameter. Not the smaller 16″ or 18″ that is commonly used. The frame is designed to accept a wide mag rear tire, for that cool fat, sleek look, that everybody loves. Plans describe how to build the frame with or WITHOUT a tube bender. Yes, you read that right… You DON’T need a tubing bender. Assembled bike can be over 88″ long (about 7.5 feet). Wow! Choose from several long wheelbases. Great for a smoother ride.
