Items that are broken or malfunctioning due to an incorrect install attempt can not be returned as well. Professional installation on all products and items is highly recommended. Any charges (Shipping, Insurances, etc) that are non recoverable costs will be deducted from the amount prior to a refund being issued. This includes our cost to originally ship an item, even if we did not charge shipping. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations that are not requested within 1 hour of the item purchase cannot be guaranteed.
